Construction is still continuing on our parking structure. Please leave an extra 15 to 20 minutes to find parking.  If you cannot find parking in our lot, you can park at 20 Walnut Street (across the street at the bottom of the hill).

Due to updated policies, a mask will be recommended but not required in the office.

Before you come in for your appointment:

Are you currently experiencing (or have you experienced in the last two weeks) any COVID-related symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, fever, sore throat, runny nose, congestion, stomach upset, etc.? In the last two weeks, have you had "close contact" with anybody that has tested positive for COVID-19? 

If so, we ask that you reschedule your appointment and check in with your primary care doctor if you have not already.

If you tried to cancel your appointment via text, it may not come through our system.  Please call the office to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment.
